Terms of Use

Agreeing to these terms

By using Dreamroom you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

What Dreamroom is

Dreamroom is a streaming service offering short-form and long-form video. Every episode is free to watch. The service is funded by advertising, and an optional subscription called Dreamroom Plus removes those ads. There is no coin system and no episode is locked behind a payment.

Your account

You can browse and watch without an account. Signing in lets us save your list and your progress across devices. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Dreamroom Plus

Plus is an optional subscription that removes advertising. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time through your app store account, where the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, record, download, redistribute, publicly screen or resell anything on Dreamroom. You may not attempt to bypass our security, scrape the service, interfere with playback or advertising, or use Dreamroom to break the law.

Content and ownership

All titles, artwork, trademarks and software on Dreamroom belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright. Watching gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to view. It transfers nothing else.

Availability

We work to keep Dreamroom running, but we do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. Titles may be added or removed, and features may change. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, if you breach these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Dreamroom is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Dreamroom after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction.
